Jayde I. Powell Introduces IMPACT Framework at Creative Ladder’s BOLD NYC

New York City, NY — Social media strategist and creatorpreneur Jayde I. Powell recently led a workshop at Creative Ladder’s BOLD NYC event, introducing her IMPACT framework for the first time. Jayde’s framework gave creatives a structured approach to turning visibility into tangible influence, opportunity, and long-term impact.

Presented by Creator Tea Talk, the session, titled From Visibility to Impact: How Creatives Can Turn Attention Into Influence, centered on a timely challenge within today’s attention-driven creator economy; likes, followers, and viral moments can signal reach for many creatives, but, those do not inherently translate into income, authority, or sustained career growth within the creator economy.

Drawing on her experience building a multi-brand business, Jayde guided attendees through the distinction between visibility and impact as starting points rather than as an end goal. The workshop emphasized that without intentional design, attention can remain fleeting and fail to translate into meaningful outcomes, such as partnerships, speaking opportunities, or revenue.

At the core of the session was Jayde’s newly introduced IMPACT framework. A practical evaluation tool designed to help creatives assess whether their work is generating surface-level engagement or driving deeper influence. This framework encourages creators to move beyond traditional metrics by measuring their work against six key dimensions, including influence, movement, practical value, authority, community, and transformation.

During a guided workshop exercise, participants applied the framework in real time by auditing their own content and projects, prompting them to identify where their work currently generates visibility and where it could be strengthened to produce more intentional outcomes. By redesigning their creative output through the lens of IMPACT, participants explored how to create work that not only captures attention but also inspires action, builds credibility, and fosters connection.

The session concluded with an open Q&A, during which Jayde offered additional insight into building influence in an increasingly saturated digital landscape. Attendees engaged in conversation around sustainable growth, strategic storytelling, and the importance of aligning creative output with long-term goals.

Jayde’s introduction of the IMPACT framework marks a notable expansion of her work in creator education, reinforcing her commitment to equipping creatives with tools prioritizing community-centered growth.
