Jayde Powell Returns to Creator Economy Live for Conversations on Linkedin, Creators, and the Future of Marketing

New York City, NY — Creator Economy Live headed east to the Big Apple to bring together brand leaders, creators, and marketers to unpack what’s next in the ever-evolving world of the creator economy, and creator-social strategist hybrid, Jayde I. Powell, was present and in the mix for the event.

Jayde was in good company amongst a new wave of LinkedIn creators and professionals that are flipping the script on what it means to show up on LinkedIn.

She sat on a panel alongside Enara Roy, Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager at Sweet Loren’s, Vin Mantano, founder of Creatorbuzz, and Eileen Kwok, senior social media strategist at Hootsuite, discussing why LinkedIn content and campaigns don’t have to be boring. From creative campaigns to human-centered storytelling, the panel focused on how brands can make LinkedIn a space for authentic connection, rather than just corporate updates and job postings.

“Content on LinkedIn can be just as captivating and entertaining as the content we see on TikTok and Instagram. I’m always thinking of ways to stand out on the feed, especially knowing that social media users have short attention spans. My goal is to lure them in with humor or something visually interesting, and keep them engaged and coming back for more with something valuable.”

Clarion Events, the parent company behind Creator Economy Live, as well as Affiliate Summit, also brought Jayde back for a second time this year to host the Creator Confessionals Booth —an activation first launched at CEL West in Las Vegas in February. Once again, Jayde brought the energy of her digital series, #CreatorTeaTalk, and connected with attendees to discuss topics including influencer marketing, social media strategy, and, of course, the creator economy. The booth gave creators and marketers alike a space to reflect on the state of the industry and share their honest, unfiltered perspectives.

There’s no community without creators, and CEL East was a reminder of that. It’s one that values transparency, collaboration, and most importantly, creativity at the heart.
